Your order will be processed within a few working days and then shipped from our warehouse in Norway. The delivery time is usually 8 to 10 business days.
We offer our products through a flexible subscription with no fixed term. After your first delivery in the initial month, you will automatically receive a follow-up shipment every two months, containing enough products for that period -each at the current market price. Please note that these are not offered at the introductory price, but at the regular product price.
You can make changes, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Please ensure that any adjustments are made at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery.
If you choose a 3-month package, deliveries will be made accordingly every three months.

In accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the receipt of your delivery to cancel your order without providing any reason. This applies to single orders (3-pack) as well as to the first delivery of a subscription.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting our customer service or by using the withdrawal form included at the end of your order confirmation email.
Please note:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For subsequent deliveries within a subscription, the withdrawal period is stated on the respective invoice — usually 14 days before the next scheduled delivery date.
The following subscription products are identical to the first product of the initial delivery. We do not offer returns or a right of withdrawal for products received after the first delivery.
If you no longer wish to receive further shipments, please cancel your subscription at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery via “My page”. The date of your next delivery is stated on your order confirmation email.
If the cancellation deadline has already passed, the cancellation will take effect starting with the following delivery.
Please note that shipments returned to us via cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

You will find the customer number at the bottom right of your order confirmation. The customer number consists of seven digits.
