When we receive your order, the product will normally be sent from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. The package will be sent as a letter with Posten Norge, who operate with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. The package should therefore arrive within 3-8 business days. The package fits in most mailboxes. With subsequent deliveries, you will receive your regular delivery just before you run out of product.
We sell our products as a subscription with no binding period. After one month, the next delivery containing 2 months' consumption will be sent at market price. Further deliveries will be shipped every two months. Should you wish to change, cancel, or pause a delivery from us, this must be done before the invoice deadline expires. The deadline is 14 days before your next planned delivery.
When purchasing a 3-month package, deliveries will be shipped every three months.
Of course you can make changes to your product deliveries. You can pause your subscription, change the next shipment date, or cancel the agreement. This must be done within 14 days before your next planned delivery and is done by contacting customer service.
With single purchases, you will not receive more deliveries from us until you place another order or contact customer service.

According to the Cancellation Act, you have a 14-day unconditional right of cancellation from the day you receive the product. The right of cancellation means you have the right to cancel your order and return unused products by contacting customer service or use the cancellation form (at the bottom of the order confirmation e-mail) when you complete an order. You are responsible for covering shipping costs in the event of a return.
The right of cancellation is only valid for single purchases and the first delivery of a subscription. For further subscription deliveries, the cancellation deadline of each invoice is valid.

The subsequent products in the subscription agreement are identical to the first item. Thus, there is no right of cancellation and return on the products you receive after the first delivery. Should you not want more deliveries, you must cancel within 14 days before your next delivery. The date of your next delivery can be found both on your invoice and the delivery note. If the cancellation deadline has expired, the change will not be effective until the next delivery. Deliveries returned to us as cash on delivery will not be picked up.
Yes, you must be 18 years or older to order products from us. When you complete a purchase, you confirm you are over the age of 18 and that you have read and accepted the terms of purchase.
